I would appreciate some local advice.

I would like to send either a handwritten letter or a small gift basket to someone living in Portugal. I am located in another European country, so I am looking for a reliable Portuguese service.

Can anyone recommend:

A courier service that is reliable and requires the recipient's signature upon delivery?

A company that delivers quality gift baskets (wine, gourmet food, chocolates, etc.) within Portugal?
