Pressure in face with tingling

26 female, hypermobile syndrome (? I think that’s what my rheumatologist called it) and arthritis in neck, no medications, do not smoke but previously used vape products for about a year at 18-19.

The last few days I’ve had a sensation of intense pressure in my face and the roof of my mouth especially. Almost like when you have a sinus infection but I am not ill and my sinuses are clear. It feels like my face is trying to explode outwards. My face also tingles on and off like pins and needles and the frequency of the tingling has been increasing. It’s becoming pretty concerning to me but not sure if it’s ER worthy. I have kids and getting to the ER is a hassle trying to get childcare so I don’t want to go if I’m just being ridiculous.
