Advice on climbing out of Silver

I am a Silver 2 Junkrat main who is very serious on improving and has been since February but has never been able to climb out of Silver for long. I play 5v5 almost exclusively as DPS and I play on the Switch. I ask for the advice of those who had recently gotten out of Silver (Gold or low Plat) playing mainly Junkrat. I have included a few replay codes from my most recent losses. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
