Tips to make more on creator rewards program?

Hi everyone, my niche is graphic design. I teach Canva and Adobe programs. I post 1-2 videos a day, always over a minute long. But I only make around $100 a month average.

Is it just my niche do you think? Sometimes my rpms are high and I’ve seen like $4 on one. My average rpm right now is like $1+
