Is 60% "almost there"?
My partner and I are having debate right now about what is considered "almost there." To provide an example, we are on a 100 minute drive, and he says we are "almost there" with 40 minutes remaining (60% completed). I say we aren't almost there until we are more than 80% of the way (in this case, 20 minutes remaining). Who is right?
