Thoughts on still going ER -> BC -> Shojin Post-Patch?

Discussion

Hello all!

I'm currently a Gold 1 ADC main that's 35-17 on Smolder so far this season. Since the recent Smolder changes, I've still found a ton of success going ER -> BC -> Shojin as my core build (with Omnivamp Boots). Usually followed by IE, EH, DD/MoM.

I understand the tradeoffs with Crit Vs. Bruiser builds. Obviously the crit builds are gonna scale into more damage (especially burst damage), while the BC/Shojin build gives you a lot more survivability.

But even after the patch, the core route of ER, BC, Shojin just feels so much stronger midgame than the crit builds. The AH, Health, and MS makes him into a really strong mid-game skirmisher that can kite super reliably while still having great DPS.

And late game, quite frankly, I have never found myself lacking damage and wishing I sacrificed the Health/AH for more raw Damage. You still burst squishy champs with a couple Q's, and obviously tear through fighters/tanks once you hit 225 stacks.

Just wanted to gather some thoughts from y'all and see how we're feeling now that there's been a bit of time to settle and experiment.
