Stuck in silver, need some advise 😭

Bruh I swear to God I won my lane 7/10 of times, but I genuinely can't understand if he problem is my team or me, last game I had a Kayle go 0/4 then forcefully come mid and run it down but we barely managed to win 4v5, the game before that I swear I'm not exaggerating I got a botlane go 0/10 adc and 0/14 like how is that possible, in the first one I left pantheon 0/2 then when Kayle forcefully came he ended the game 14/4, the game with that botlane I got my fizz 0/1 next thing I know she goes bot and has a triple kill somehow the farms them and goes 20/3, like most of m games I win or at least play well in my lane but my opponents keep getting fed by other lanes, idk if I should be blaming my team for feeding or me for not pinging them harder or not somehow following my opponent to save them every minute, I push and get plates and even tower but later on it doesn't matter if I have more farm and tower because the enemy just got fed by my team, how do I know when to help my team and when to gank?
