soooooooo, seems like the biomancy spell Invigorate now isn't usable outside of combat

which sucks since it should be useable like it was before the DLC drop, just picked it up for Heinrix since i was going to make him a designated healer/buffer mainly to remove injuries outside of combat, do want to know if it is just a glitch since it does share the same sprite as Pasqal's medicae mechanendrait-thingy
