2nd playthrough Ideas

I've finished my first play through of Elden ring (including DLC) at the end of 2024, using a samurai class with a double bloodhound fang.

Question is, I want to start a second playthrough as its been a while and I miss the game, however, should I do NG+, should i do NG+ and try a different class or just start a new save? How can i make it more interesting?
