Navi exceeding weight limit?

Hello!! I recently bought myself a Honda Navi and was wondering what the actual POSSIBLE weight limit is.

For example, when I owned an Active 5G, me and my dad combined would reach 440lb (him 240, me 200) despite the recommended limit being 330lb. The only noticeable difference between the scooter we shared and the one I owned for myself was that it would need repairs slightly quicker. It also wasn’t great for long distances, so me and him would end up stopping every 2 hours to let the engine cool down. That Activa has lasted us almost 7 years now with no major issues.

Since I’ve moved out I need a way to move around. Anyway, I saw that the Navi limit was 344lb. Currently I’m about 185lb while my girlfriend is 120lb. And the backpacks add up our total to 350lb roughly. I was just wondering if it’ll manage to drive well even with that fact, and if it’ll be able to at least hit 45km/h? (28mph). I’m willing to spend extra money on repairs every few months if possible, but I’ve wanted a Navi for almost 3 years now, so it’s really my goal.
