AirPodsSupport Needed Regarding Sound Settings

Hey!

When you connect AirPods to your Macbook, the sound level decreases because Mac sets the input device automatically to your AirPods. Setting it to something else then increases the sound quality on your AirPods. Is there any way so you do not have to swtich the input every time you connect?
