Still hurting after a year need some help

Me and my ex were together for 10 years since we were 18. She was my first true gf (I’ve had flings in high school but no official status) and this is my first heart break. We broke up last February 2025 and I found out she was sending nudes to a dude in August 2025. (We were still having sex and hanging out off and on during that period before I found out) We broken up because I have issue with substance abuse (opioids) I then found out she actually fell in love with a dude when they started talking a few weeks after we broke up. The guy she fell in love with lives in Canada and the guy she sent nudes to lives across the country so no one locally as far as I know. She said that shes not talking with anyone and a few months ago she told me what she’s looking for in a partner were 3 things and that was apparently her secret way of giving me another chance. She found that I recently took some kava shots 2 weeks ago (basically kratom) and now she’s fully done with me. We have 2 kids together so I have to see her all the time. She still wants to be friends and hang out and it’s hard for me to tell her no because I still love her but I’ve told her I can’t just be friends with you. I’m about to talk with a therapist soon but I just need some insight on what to do.
