segawa s arts

hello, ive been loving end roll and other segawas games, but i dont really understand the logics in forbidding to translate new games. i DONT judge segawa and its their choice which i respect but as someone not japan i dont quite see the point in doing it. as far as i know segawa dont want someone to repost their art from their games but... does forbidding the translation really helps? i mean games will spread anyways so i dont know how to avoid of using arts from game. its the thing that i saw with others japanese games and does someone know why a lot of devs doing this? still i respect their choice and okay w it. just dont quite understand the point. hope sbody can explain it to me
