Searching for an almost 10 year video about conspiracies.

There was a YouTube video, maybe posted around 2014-15. It was conspiracies about the future. Some guy said I believe either only Memphis or a 1/4 of Tennessee would be under water. And for the life of me, I can’t find it. Does anyone know what I’m talking about?
