Praxic Blade Ignitions Bugged

I know there's only a small chance this gets fixed (as I put in a support ticket for it months ago), but ignitions coming from the Praxic Blade are still bugged out as to not work with any perks that care about ignitions. Tested with the artifact perk Solar Fulmination and the Ember of Blistering and neither trigger.
