Home Health & Hospice Clinicians: Would You Pay Someone to Help With Your Charting?

I’m an RN working in Home Health and Hospice, and after years of seeing clinicians spend their evenings and weekends finishing documentation, I’ve been exploring a documentation support/scribe service specifically for Home Health and Hospice.
Unlike most AI scribe platforms, my focus is more on compliance-conscious charting, Joint Commission expectations, QA readiness, skilled justification, and documentation that actually sounds like a clinician wrote it.
Currently, I mainly work with WellSky/Kinnser and assist with:
Routine visit notes
Skilled nursing narratives (SBAR/SOAP)
Recerts
OASIS support
SOC/DC orders
Patient communication notes
CMS-485 support
60-day case conference documentation
As a fellow RN, I understand the importance of HIPAA, documentation integrity, and ensuring the clinician always reviews documentation before submission.
My question for the group is:
Would a service like this actually be valuable to you?
If yes:
What would you want help with the most?
What would make you trust a service like this?
Would you prefer per-chart pricing or a monthly subscription?
What concerns would you have before using a documentation support service?
I’m genuinely looking for feedback as I build this out and would appreciate hearing from clinicians, QA nurses, clinical managers, and agency owners.
Thanks in advance!
