Seems controllers for any kind of disability are becoming hard to find, and if the goal is to play with one hand without pressing too many buttons, it honestly seem nearly impossible.

This started as me having hand issues, and not being able to use both hands for months, and became a way for me during that period to still enjoy ESO on PC with one hand. Using one Nintendo Joycon.

I am sharing this in case anyone sits with a broken hand or some other issue, and run into the "there's no way to play at all without using both hands". Because there is.

At least if you are ok with some casual farming, dolmens and overland bosses.

So not by any means a meta build for PVP or trials haha, but a way to farm, run dolmens, and solo overland bosses using one hand (and a right joycon in my case). 

And if just one person can use the advice, great! Most of you might think this is crazy and ineffective (and you're not totally wrong), but hey: Left the choice of not playing or doing this, I was pretty happy being able to play a bit.

First of all a joycon solo should normally be held horizontally, I was not planning on doing that. I needed to hold it as a tv remote. Which meant controls had to be turned 45 degrees. So "right" became "up" etc.

Rather than relying on a stick/mouse for camera and another for movement, I needed an all-in-one-stick. Here is how I mapped it using AntiMicroX and remapping in ESO.

(old left) mapped to Up = forward movement + auto-run, delay 0.5 seconds + mouse up

Auto-run assures I start running, forward movement (mapped to forward key) does nothing here, but actually works as stopping me when I go backwards, mouse adjusts camera

(old right) mapped to Down = backward (mapped to backward key) + delay 0.5 seconds + mouse down

The delay command means you can control movement fast, and if needed adjust the camera by holding the direction for half a second.

(old down and up) Left and right = mouse left and right

b = attack

y = skill 1

x = skill 2

a = skill 3

start = loot/interact

Then left/right bumper (which are now on the left side of the joycon) can be mapped to ultimate and block, or whichever thing you need the most.

In my case I went for banner (scribing, since I have it up at all times) and  ultimate.

Skill 4+5 I only slotted for "bonus when slotted", since I was out of keys.

Scribing provides damage, four major/minor buffs and heal + hot.
