Food City Growler Station (Deane Hill)

I have occasionally bought a growler of beer from the Food City by West Town for years. The last 2 times, over the last 4 months I had tried to buy one they were either out of beer or were out of order. Does anyone know if it is done for, or have I just been unlucky and it’s usually fine.
