Gcredit is charging me for money I never borrowed!?

Has anyone experienced something similar? I randomly checked my GCash app and GBorrow, and I was shocked to see that I was being charged a huge amount for something I never borrowed.

I already requested my transaction history, but there were no suspicious transactions. I emailed GCash support, and they told me to file a ticket. However, I can’t find an option that matches my issue in their Help Center. What should I do?🥹
