What’s with all the faulty vapes?

I get my vapes from quithero. I just bought the nicomod x lost vape and it’s faulty, it doesn’t turn on unless plugged in and says no automizer detected, I was so excited to use it
I got the vsee as replacement before to my wild one but that was faulty too
