Put gas in my car and now it won’t start. 2013 Nissan Rouge

(2013 Nissan Rogue) Hey wassup guys, so about 2 weeks ago I pulled into the gas station like i always do and put 20$ in the tank. I go to start it and it doesn’t. I did my research and came to the conclusion it has to be the valve or the fuel pump, so I get it towed to a shop and get the fuel pump replaced and he tells me that wasn’t the problem and to give him a few days.

So a few days later he tells me he doesn’t know what the problem is sadly. Does anybody know what this could be
