How did you get into/start listening to EMINEM?

As the title. Interested to find out how you learned about and got into EMINEM..

For me it was my big brother (God rest his soul). I'm a 90s baby born in 92 so I must have been around 8 or 9 when my brother bought (or stole lol) the Stan cassette for me for Christmas. I think the B side was My Name Is. We used to have a stereo on top of the fridge (I'm from London, UK so refrigerator for my friends across the pond) and I must have drove my mum mad because I played that shit incessantly.

My bro also got me into hip hop in general. I started listening to Jay-Z, Nas, Mobb Deep, DMX etc all through him. To this day I think that's probably why my connection to rap/hiphop is so strong. Anyway, how did you get into EMINEM, first start listening to him?
