Venue Suggestions

Hello All - we are newly engaged and are starting to dip our toes into the venue searching fun, so naturally this forum seemed like a great place to get some suggestions. Basic details: roughly 175 guests, $85k budget but obviously would love anything for less than that all in, looking either late spring or fall time 2028, and more garden, estate or barn vibes rather than coastal (we like the mountains).

We recognize we’re definitely going to have to adjust our expectations but our dream venue is one that could host a welcome party, wedding, reception and after party all on-site (think they call it a weekend takeover venue?). Our main priority is having a venue that’s accommodating and makes it easy for our guests to attend. We’re entirely open to use venue services or getting our own vendors if the price is right.

Does anyone have any suggestions that remotely fit that mold or are we being delusional? Thanks!
