Assistance with getting a build setup

So im trying to get a build setup specifically a heavy build BUT I also want to use the bloodied legendary enchantment so id like to do lower health build as well so im curious to know what perks I should get and what to look out for.

If you need a screenshot of what perks I have I can update this post and im lvl 69 but id like to have a build for around lvl 75 that way I can have 2 legendary perks
