is ECFiber any good ?

I have Fidium Fiber right now and it's been nothing but bad internet and crap customer service, so I was thinking about moving over to ECFiber and I was wondering if anyone knows are they are good and reliable when it comes to internet and customer service.especially when it comes to paying more for there internet if i get it
