Only two people to live in a three bedroom. I’m looking for one roommate to share a newer 3-bedroom apartment in Dorchester starting August 1. The setup is a little different from most roommate situations. While it’s a 3-bedroom apartment, only two people would be living here. The third bedroom is used as a shared office/flex space, so you get the benefit of a much larger apartment without having a third roommate.

**Apartment Features:**

* 3BR / 2BA
* Approximately 1,380 sq ft
* Central A/C
* In-unit washer & dryer
* Dishwasher
* Off-street parking included
* Large open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen
* Shared office/flex room
* Large unfinished basement for storage
* Additional storage area in stairwell
* Private rear deck
* 0.4 miles from Shawmut Station (Red Line)

**About Me:**

I’m a 35-year-old special education teacher working in Boston. I keep the apartment clean, go to the gym regularly, and generally have a pretty quiet routine during the week. I occasionally go out on weekends and have family or friends visit from time to time, but this isn’t a party apartment.

Looking for someone who is:

* Employed or in graduate/professional school
* Clean and respectful
* Financially responsible
* Looking for a comfortable long-term living situation
