Just came back how's the meta!?

As the title says i just installed the game again,i left during the 000 and Shalom banner during 2nd anniversary (got them both and S1 000 and moore) and was wondering if they're still viable or got powercrept,also if anything what new banners should i focus on or units i missed i should get?
