Bryophyta's Staff Gives a 25% Chance to Double Alch

Bryophyta's Staff is a unique item, but it currently has very little practical use.

My suggestion is to give it a passive effect:

25% chance for High Alchemy to process two items instead of one.

• Gives Bryophyta's Staff a meaningful use.
• Adds value to Mossy Keys and Bryophyta.
• Creates a unique utility item without introducing new power creep.
