best layout for m2 with matx + 240aio?

gpu is a 3080ftw3. bought a sfx psu corsair 1000, still waiting for the case to come

I'm only going to build it once so whatever you guys say is best. I think invert and regular both with aio on side are the only 2 options for me? I saw one video testing the layouts and he says regular build is the best, then people on reddit say inverted gpu was 10 degrees cooler so don't know who to believe. I was thinking inverted because those stock gpu fans can get pretty loud better to keep gpu cool, then 240 aio on the side as exhaust but if anyone has tried both. I care more about sound than temps. and what about case fans can I fit anything in it?
