Earlobe Swallowed earring backing.

So, I went to the doctor today for a couple of reasons, and when the checked my ears they said "you realized theres no backing on this earring, right?" i was shocked, how was it staying in? so i felt around the piercing this evening and felt something hard and backing sized INSIDE my earlobe. i took a photo and i could see a faint silver colored object through my earlobe skin, and i could move it around. I had my ears pierced 8 MONTHS AGO, and ever since my ears were pierced, they bled, leaked clear and dark fluid. I've tried everything, doctor said to remove them, but on my right ear everytime i mess with it too much it bleeds like crazy, and well, as I've described, i dont think my left earring will be coming out without some help. the earrings are stars with little dangling moons, i use antibacterial soap every time i shower. and it is surgical steel from spencers. edit: who would i even go to to fix this? im scared...
