Can't re-execute command from Cmdline or q:

There seems to be a weird issue with re-executing commands in LazyVim. If I press : then execute a simple command in Cmdline like echo 'Hi' or ls it works but if I reload the command with : and Up arrow it doesn't execute. The same happens with command history via q:
