Stand Design

「SURFIN' BIRD」 manifests as an imposing, hyper-muscular, and deeply unsettling humanoid entity. Its towering frame is composed of a ceramic-like porcelain material structurally contoured to resemble an armored, double-breasted dress shirt, entirely covered in a layer of vivid, bright yellow feathers. The Stand has a sleek, robotic, sharp-beaked avian head with no visible eyes, featuring instead a glowing, neon-green translucent visor shaped precisely like Peter’s iconic round glasses stretched across its face. Sprouting directly beneath its metallic beak is a prominent, fleshy crimson wattle that hangs down over its jawline. A polished, metallic military cap modeled after the Pawtucket Patriot Ale logo sits rigidly atop its crest. Heavy, segmented green metallic plating covers its lower waist and legs, mimicking formal trousers but ending in razor-sharp, robotic talons. Its upper back features a grotesque, heavily segmented crimson carapace modeled after a lobster, with jagged, brass exhausts protruding from the shoulder blades that vent a thick, freezing mist smelling faintly of stale hops and sulfur. Emblazoned directly over the Stand's heart is a polished, light purple clam shell—a direct homage to The Drunken Clam—which acts as a reinforced center breastplate. The Stand's metallic jawline splits into a distinct, dual-pronged, heavy-set chin armor piece, giving it an aggressive, hyper-masculine, yet deeply uncanny silhouette.

Stand Personality

Despite its terrifying appearance, 「SURFIN' BIRD」's behavior completely mimics Peter's chaotic goofiness and total disregard for reality. It is completely aware of its status as a fictional entity, frequently ignoring its opponent to look directly past the scene, waving or winking at an unseen audience. Rather than maintaining a traditional combat stance, the Stand behaves erratically; it may suddenly pull a random prop like a folding chair from off-panel, chuckle silently in a rhythmic shoulder-shrug, or dramatically point out errors in the art style or dialogue bubbles of the current encounter. It finds immense, childish amusement in its own reality-warping mechanics, often dancing or doing a goofy jig while Peter sets up a cutaway gag.

Signature Execution Phrase

"ROAD HOUSE."Unlike traditional rapid-fire Stand cries, this phrase is uttered exactly once, delivered in a flat, deadpan tone immediately after Peter delivers a definitive, fight-ending knockout blow.

Primary Ability

「Bird is the word」

(Bādo Izu Za Wādo)

The primary ability is triggered instantly when the User utters the vocal phrase: "Like that time—". Upon activation, both 「SURFIN' BIRD」's User and the designated target are immediately displaced from the current timeline. They are transported into an isolated, independent pocket dimension representing an alternate time and place. Within this realm, Peter Griffin gains absolute authority and manifests absolute "Toon Force." He possesses full environmental control and logic-defying invulnerability. The target is entirely at the mercy of the surreal scenario. Because the Stand's Precision is E, the exact nature of the dimension is wildly unpredictable, but the outcome is always heavily weighted in the User's favor.

Sub-Ability

「Rock Lobster」

(Rokku Robusutā, Localized Name: 「LOBSTER ROCK」)

Inspired by the User's historic, grueling brawls with Ernie the Giant Chicken, this sub-ability is voluntarily triggered when Peter encounters an opponent he deems equal to, or greater than, himself. Upon activation, the ability suppresses the target's Stand powers entirely. The target is forced into a brutal, prolonged, and uninterrupted fistfight directly against Peter. Throughout the duration of 「Rock Lobster」, the target cannot be killed. They are, however, fully susceptible to pain and will actively accumulate catastrophic, agonizing physical trauma from the brawl. Peter benefits from absurd, cartoonish luck, ensuring he outlasts the opponent. Immediately upon the conclusion of the fistfight, the ability deactivates. The target is left heavily injured and exhausted, allowing Peter to seamlessly transition into his primary ability, 「Bird Is The Word」, to deliver a definitive, reality-warping finishing blow. As the final knockout blow connects and the opponent is defeated, Peter utters his definitive "ROAD HOUSE" sign-off.
