For people who have worked for PSA or other grading companies, is it a good career path?

Question

I'm looking for input from people specifically who have worked in these positions.... I have a phone interview coming up for PSA. I'm not even sure it will make it past that stage.

However even if I do make it through the hiring process I'm not sure if it would even be a smart move or worth it.

I see their job listings and some say like up to 50 an hour? The one I applied to says 25-30 an hour. I've tried looking up reviews though and a lot of people seem unhappy with the pay there in them so it's like is that even true?

Is this a job that could be a career at all?

I'm hesitant cus I have a good job now that has a possibility of becoming a good career. My problem is its just... Not really something I'm that passionate about I guess. It's a blue collar job and I'd probably always be able to find a job if I stay where I'm at.

I'm currently making 21 an hour and the highest paid people in my department make 31 I'm just not at that level yet.

I want to do something closer to my actual interests, but I don't want to make a bad decision either.
