The Overlooked Loki: God of Lies
The theme box was spoiled via leak months ago and I've been playing this dude in my pod basically since he was spoiled, They took forever to officially spoil them and with 5 or so other Loki's its not surprising nobody is really talking about him at the moment. But I believe [[Loki, God of Lies]] is an incredibly solid commander.
The shell is alot of stax to slow early game and win either by [[insurrection]] or building our own insurrection via cantrips that target and our commander loki. We can also use loki's ability to untap creatures we already have control of so we can activate [[Heartless Hidetsugu]] multiple times in a turn before swinging out.
[[crown of flames]] is an allstar for building your own insurrection with Loki steal the board but theres plenty of other options for repeat theft.
You get alot of cool interaction with instants that target you can steal someones attacking creature to cancel the attack, you can steal a different creature (provided its untapped as loki only untaps things on our turn) and block with that. We can borrow a 3rd parties' creature as a blocker.
I'd highly recommend him for anyone who has tried the ''threaten'' archetype before this is the first commander that it feels like a real strategy with imo and i've been having fun with it.
Let me know if i'm missing any cool tech.
