need help identifying an incident

okay so i’ve done some searching up online but i’m not entirely sure yet, so i’m dedicating my first reddit post to this question. i caught a few second video of myself standing up and having something that look like a seizure? my head was twitching back, my inhales were quick, i was staring off at nothing, and the weirdest part is that i don’t remember any of it. all i knew was a video that i was trying to take was there, and then there was that video that i didn’t remember taking at all.

it looks kinda like tics, but from what i’ve seen, tics don’t cause memory loss. it could also be an NES seizure because i was talking about trauma beforehand and was then bending super backwards for an art reference (which is why i was taking a video), but i was standing up the whole time during the weird thing so i‘m not sure about that either.

i’m staying around my family in case they can hopefully catch it happening, and if it does happen again i’ll be going to doctors for help. but does anybody have some ideas on what it could be? thanks for any advice!
