Alergic reaction to reta/bac water

So I started reta about two weeks ago, and ive only injected twice. The first time I injected 1mg and had only some slight nausea and mild discomfort swallowing the first two days. The next week I did the same 1mg, but about a day later my throat started swelling, I had slight chest pain, difficulty breathing, racing heartbeat, and dizziness. I also had this scarry sensation of feeling like i was about to black out multiple times whenever i would try to sleep. Now I also have low blood sugar, which could have caused the dizziness, and I have been eating less because of the reta, but not so much less that it would be problematic.

The only reasons I am not convinced it's not an alergic reaction:

-I didn’t have a rash or any visible reaction after pinning.

-I have been vaping for about 3 years, and it could just be catching up to me now

-my family has a history of heart conditions

Like I said, all these things started happening after my second dose, which makes me think that it could be a reaction to the reta or bac water. It's been about a week since my second dose and my symptoms are still present, but more mild then they were before. Im going to wait out my symptoms before taking my third dose, and potentially visit the doctors if they dont resolve within a few more days.
