Beginner Dildo + Vibe Recs

My friend gave me a $100 budget to get any sex toy(s) | wanted (bless him) because my situation is dire (I've never had a toy before and It's getting bad out here).

I've been eyeing the Satisfyer Pro 2 Gen 2.
Was wondering what the best vibrator or dildo would be for a beginner in that price range. And I'm big on quality!
