Ex is getting fat

For context, I (F21) still hang out with my ex (F22) from time to time, since we’re still pretty good friends. We exist to reinforce sapphic stereotypes.

It had been almost 6 months since I last saw her, but I went out with her for drinks last night and oh my god, she’s definitely put on at least 10kg in the meantime. It’s so hot. She was already chubby beforehand, but this was just the cherry on the cake.

I know we’re better off as just friends, but part of me genuinely wished we were still together when I first saw her last night. She was wearing an old crop top of hers that was clearly too small now, so her lower belly was constantly peeking out and jiggling as she walked. I was trying so damn hard to not stare at her chub, I was losing my mind. She kept pulling her crop top down to try to hide her stomach, but that was somehow hotter in my eyes??

She had a good fucking deal of food at the pub as well, so by the time we left her belly was even more pronounced, and pretty bloated. I genuinely doubt she didn’t notice me staring, it was downright hypnotizing. She doesn’t even know I’m into chubby women.

I didn’t say anything to her since I know she tends to get a little self conscious about her weight, but I genuinely wish there was an appropriate way to say that I thought she looked even hotter than when she was my girlfriend.
