2EFF Fan code

I had my water pump changed but the 2EFF code still pops up. Fan sounds like a jet 15 minutes into driving the car. Just a few days ago my car was overheating as well.

I was wondering if anyone else had this code and what they did to resolve the issue. Also, any recommendations for a fan replacement?
