Pedals for imperfect textures, soundscapes, ambient

I got really excited when I discovered the Alexander Pedals’ Now We Are Ghosts device but, it’s not easy for me to get my hands on this pedal in my country and it’s a out of my budget especially including shipping.

But the demos have me floored, I feel like it’s so unique even though it’s “just” interesting reverb. I am very interested in a sound design way.

For owners of the pedal, have you found it comparable to another pedal? Is it worth saving up for?

For other soundscape reverb owners, what would you recommend for some texture sound design pedals?
