2015 VM vs. 2022 CV JM?

There are a couple of Jazzmaster up for sale on my local Marketplace right now for about what I'd pay for a Squier Jazzmaster. I was wondering if there were any glaring differences between the build quality and components of a 2015 Vintage Modified and a more recent Classic Vibe.

Just wondering if anyone has experience with both lines and can give any insight. Thanks in advance.
