Does anyone else not really care about anniversaries?

Question

For the several years I've been in the online ficto community, I've noticed there's a lot of focus on anniversaries- whether that be for when a pair first got together or got married.

I have a lot of memory issues to the point I can barely remember my own mom's birthday, so I just don't focus on anniversaries so I don't stress myself out. I also don't have the means or motivation to do anything special for an occasion like that like go out to eat or make special art (I hate deadlines!!), so I just don't see the point in it. I also personally don't see a point in marriage outside of a legal context, so I just use the term "husband" as a term of endearment more than anything. Am I the only one here who feels this way?

Oh, and for the people that may click on this out of curiosity and DO celebrate anniversaries: how do you celebrate them?
