[Discussion] Banned from Discord?

Long time player here with 5k or so hours in the game. Never hopped into the official discord until last week when a friend I've been playing with for years sent me an invite as he was playing with a couple randoms. I joined the server no problem and hopped in and out over the course of a couple of days.

Fast foward to 3 days ago when I noticed that the icon was missing when I went to join my friend. Tried to join the server from the official link and I'm denied. Found the appeals link from the official 2023 post on how to appeal and I can't even get access to that.

I rarely use Discord, only have a handful of servers I've joined over the 8+ years that I've had it. I'm an old ass man (45) so I've never used or considered cheats for this game or any other game I've played. I guess I'm just stuck in limbo considering there is no way for me to appeal it?

Is my only option here to just create another Discord account? I haven't seen any recent posts about people getting banned from Discord (most are years old) so I'm not sure what to do here. It's not the end of the world though so if it is what it is, I'll just continue to play on the private 3 man Discord I've been playing on since 2018. 😄
