New DL expires on the same day as old DL

Went to a SF Bay Area DMV a couple weeks ago and got my DL renewed. Today I was happy to receive the new card but lo and behold, the expiration date is exactly the same as before! So I guess I can drive for another two weeks!! Thank you DMV!

I called for assistance and they referred me to the Error Processing department. 678-659-9383 and by 4:45PM they were already not taking calls.
