How do you decide what to work on next when everything feels important

I hit this crossroads a lot: multiple tasks, all of them useful, none of them obviously the “right” next move.
Sometimes I pick randomly.
Sometimes I overthink it.
Sometimes I freeze.

Do you prioritize revenue?
Ease?
Impact?
