3 years ongoing
I was diagnosed with tos about two years ago, but been struggling for about three. I’ve had MRIs, x-rays, (no findings) gone to four physical therapists and tried what sounds and feels like all methods, seen an orthopedic doctor and doing a lot of exercises at home. Nerve flossing, strength training, stretching? Light exercises to practice normal posture..
No exercising..
I’ve seen and felt no improvement long term. It’s the same, although worse now than at the start. No particular exercise seem to take away the pain in long term, and I still can’t do things i want to. Like cook, do a handstand..
Can’t sleep comfortably, can’t write or use my keyboard without pain most days, have to drive with only one hand, etc.
I don’t know what to do anymore, and i also feel like no one quite understands. Help, or just, does anyone have the same experience?
