Birth control hates me

Ive been on my birth control for like a year and its been fine but im crashing out now because all its done is make me gain 15lbs and my periods are still excruciating and just straight up MEAN

For example im on the pill so im taking a break for the 4-7 days to allow a bleed. But ive been off my pill for 4 days and im actually in so much pain from cramps and ive been spotting for almost a week like i cant do this anymore. COME OR DONT. I DONT CARE. JUST DO SOMETHING.

My periods before birth control were definitely worse tho, i have pcos so i would have a period either twice a month or like 2 times a month for 7-12 days EACH TIME. Also theyre just literally awful to experience
