Is there ANY way to turn off DLC prompts?

I'm broke and cannot get the DLCs, But I finished the main storyline in the game. Now, Everytime I load into the game, I hear Priya talking about the Zeswa & Ri'nela talking about the Kametire. It's getting really annoying. Is there any way to stop it?
