eBay rant

Got my first neutral feedback on eBay after 27 years of selling with a perfect record.

Prior to an 11-day vacation, I set my vacation mode and used the option that allows sales with the disclaimer that shipping will be delayed.

The day after I left, I got an order notice but saw it had not applied the shipping delay. Not sure what happened but all the other orders during my vacation properly applied the delay.

I sent the buyer 3 different messages to let them know what happened, and that they could either wait or I would cancel the order. No response, so I did nothing. Got back last night and shipped the order today. Happened to check my feedback and saw the neutral with the buyer complaining they had heard nothing. WTF???

I know this is a minor thing but it's incredibly frustrating.
