How much did you prep for induction

Being induced Sunday night at 38w 6d. First baby. Today the doctor confirmed I am 0cm dialated.

Did you do anything to try and prep yourself (curb walking, drinking raspberry tea, sex, etc) and did it make a difference?

I have hand expressed colostrum and eaten dates but not every day. I haven’t felt a single contraction or cramp. I kinda just feel like my body isn’t gonna do anything on its own until it’s ready.
